For electronics recipients, applicable United States law and the law of the state in the merchant address govern these terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections. We may update the terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed.
Charging: Accounts and accurate information
For electronics recipients, use the store only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Protect login credentials and provide accurate contact, billing, and parcel delivery information. You are responsible for account activity unless applicable law provides otherwise.
